Josh Gunderson is an anti-bullying and internet
safety specialist. Since 2009 he has travelled
students and educators at over  150 schools.
Josh has a unique way of delivering an
educational message, due in part to his firm belief
that learning does not have to be boring.
Combining humor and sincerity, he presents real-
life examples that illustrate potential
repercussions of irresponsible behavior. Josh’s
style instantly rings true with audiences,
motivating students to make more positive choices.
Josh takes every audience on a roller coaster ride
of emotions as he seamlessly illustrates the pros
and cons of the online world. In 2010, Josh did not
hesitate to tackle the growing issue of bullying
and the alarming number of suicides that
occurred over the year and continue today. Josh's
"It Gets Better" video and other bullying related
media he has created have been viewed by
thousands of people all over the world.  Josh is a
strong supporter of GLAAD's Spirit Day, GLSEN's
Day of Silence and other programs geared not
only towards anti-bullying but for equal and fair
treatment of all people regardless of race, gender
or sexuality.

In his free time Josh can be found volunteering in
the Education Department at the New England
Aquarium, giving presentations about ocean and
environmental conservation. Since October 2010
Josh has earned two service awards for donating
over 500 hours of service and was named
Volunteer of the Month in April of 2011.
